    How this Plinko simulator works

A ball drops through a triangle of pins — 8, 12 or 16 rows — bouncing left or right at each row with equal probability. It lands in one of (rows + 1) slots, each with a multiplier. Because every bounce is a fair coin flip, the landing slot follows a binomial distribution: the centre slots are hit most often and pay least; the edges are hit rarely and pay most. The multiplier tables above are the ones used by the major crypto casino Originals at 99% RTP (1% house edge).

The simulator is for learning. Credits are virtual, nothing is deposited and nothing can be withdrawn. Your balance persists in your browser so you can track long-run results across sessions.

Risk level and rows: what changes

    • Low risk flattens the table: edges pay 5–16×, the centre pays 0.5–1×. Most drops return close to the bet. Low variance, long sessions.
    • Medium risk is the balance: edges 13–110×, centre 0.3–0.5×.
    • High risk at 16 rows pays 1000× on the two outermost slots — but each has a 1-in-65,536 chance per drop, and the central slots pay 0.2×. Expect long losing stretches punctuated by rare large hits.
    • More rows means more slots, more extreme edge multipliers and a sharper centre peak. 16-row high risk is the most volatile configuration in any crypto casino.

The expected return of every configuration is the same: 99%. Risk level changes the shape of the outcomes, not the average.

Playing Plinko for real in Canada

Every brand on our list runs Plinko as a provably fair Original with a public seed you can verify. Rainbet, Stake, Shuffle and Gamdom use the tables above; Roobet's and BC.Game's differ slightly. Because Plinko carries a 1% edge, it is the ideal game for rakeback — the rebate is a large share of a small edge. See our rakeback guide and the Plinko strategy guide before you play with real crypto.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this the same Plinko as Rainbet and Stake?

The pin layout, probabilities and 99% RTP multiplier tables match the standard crypto casino Original. Real sites use a provably fair seed; this simulator uses the browser's random generator.

What is the best Plinko strategy?

There is none that changes the 99% expected return. Choose risk by bankroll: low risk for long sessions, high risk only with a bet you can afford to lose many times in a row.

Can I win real money here?

No. Credits are virtual. To play for real, claim a bonus at one of the casinos on our bonuses page.

Why does my realised RTP differ from 99%?

Variance. Over a few hundred drops the result can be anywhere from 60% to 200%; the average converges only over many thousands.
